Balsamic Pork Chops

8 boneless pork chops, 3/4 in. thick
12 oz. balsamic vinaigrette dressing (1 1 /2 C.)

Place chops in large resealable bag; pour dressing over. Seal and refrigerate 2-24 hrs.
Prepare medium-hot grill. Remove chops from marinade and pat dry. Discard marinade. Grill chops directly over heat 8-9 minutes, turning once, or until internal temp. reaches 145 degrees, followed by a 3 min. rest time.

  1. So easy, but full of flavor. The longer you marinate, the better. As with all meats, puncturing/cutting releases the juices causing drying, so be sure you wait until they "should be" done to check the temperature.
