11 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 C. mango chutney (hot if you like it more spicy)
1 Tbsp. habanero pepper hot sauce
1/2 C. finely chopped honey roasted peanuts
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Stir together first 4 ingredients until blended. Cover and chill 3 hours or until firm enough to be shaped. Form into a ball; roll in peanuts and cilantro. Serve with crackers.
