Fudge Frosting

4 C. confectioner's sugar, sifted
1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. heavy cream or whole milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 C. unsalted butter, softened

Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and thick.

Helpful Tip: If frosting becomes too thick, add a few additional drops of milk.
