Spicy Chicken and Sausage Soup

1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 3/4 C. chicken broth
1 C. water
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 lb. cooked kielbasa, sliced
1/2 of a large red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 of a large onion, chopped
1/2 C. uncooked instant rice
salt to taste

In a 3-3 1/2 qt. slow cooker, mix chicken, tomatoes, broth, water, and red pepper sauce.
Cover and cook on low 6 hrs. Add pepper and onion. Cook another 2-hrs. Stir in kielbasa and rice. Increase heat to high and cook additional 10-15 min. or until rice is tender.
