Tomato Dill Soup

3 C. peeled and diced fresh tomatoes, or a 28 oz. can
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 C. chicken stock
1 tsp. pressed or finely minced garlic
1/3-1/2 C. white wine
1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
3/4 C. heavy cream
1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 C. grated Parmesan
salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste

In a large pot, mix all ingredients together except heavy cream, parsley, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat about 30 min., until tomatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 10 more min.
