Six Cup Salad

1 C. fresh pineapple chunks
1 C. sweetened, flake coconut
1 C. miniature marshmallows
1 C. mandarin oranges
1 C. sour cream
1 C. whipped topping, thawed

Mix well and chill 2hrs.

  1. This ambrosia salad is out of this world! Try leaving the whipped topping out of the mix and use an 8oz. container to line the bowl, as in the picture, for an eye-catching way to serve!You can call it seven cup salad and add a cup of sliced bananas spritzed with lemon juice. You can just call it ambrosia and change any of the measurements to your taste.
    Suggested: 8oz. can crushed pineapple, drained; 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained; 2-3 C. miniature marshmallows, 2 C. sweetened, flake coconut; and a 8oz. container of whipped topping.
