Smoked Salmon Spread

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. sour cream
1/3 C. minced green onion
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. smoked salmon, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained

Pulse first 7 ingredients in food processor just until blended. Stir in capers. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.

  1. I love smoked salmon with capers and this spread brings the two together beautifully. If you're not familiar with capers, they are the pickled bud of the caper bush native to the Mediterranean and have a slight citrus flavor.
