Lemon Pie Dip

14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C. fresh lemon juice
graham cracker sticks

Whisk together condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl until blended and smooth. Chill 2 hrs. Serve with graham cracker sticks.

  1. It doesn't get any easier than this! This is great for a quick, casual dessert or to serve at parties as a dip.
    A really cute serving suggestion: make individual servings by hollowing out lemon halves & slicing the stem & pointed ends of the lemon straight across without cutting all the way through the rind.
